What comes next
As spring turns into summer, we are monitoring the plants carefully & because of the exceptionally wet winter, it looks like we have lost some plants from last year and so some replanting is planned for May & June to fill the gaps.
However the bulk of the crop is looking great and we are really excited to see how well the plants grow and to see how productive the harvest will be.
